FEES
A fixed one off upfront fee of £750.00
(We do not charge VAT)

Search,find and feedback
-We offer a free consulatation to discuss your property search.
-We will send you lists of properties that have been carefully chosen to fit your criteria.
-We will suggest London locations.
-We will give you feedback on any properties that you find.
-.We will view the properties that fit your criteria for you or with you and arrange viewings for you.
-We can recommend tried and tested solicitors, surveyors mortgage brokers
-We will help you negotiate. ​
-We will liaise with solicitors and surveyors.
- We will be availalbe between 8am and 8pm.

- Retainer fee of £2000
to start your search
Search fee of £6000 paid on exchange of contracts
