A fixed one off upfront fee of £750.00

Find and feedback
-We will help you search and find properties.
-We will give you feedback on any properties that you find.
-We will view the properties that fit your criteria for you or with you and arrange viewings for you at a convenient time.
-We will help you negotiate.
-We will answer any questions you have about buying a property in London.
-We can recommend tried and tested solicitors, surveyors mortgage brokers.
A fixed one off upfront fee of £4000.00

Search, find and feedback
-We will send you lists of properties that have been carefully chosen to fit your criteria.
-We will suggest locations in London.
-We will help you search and find properties.
-We will give you feedback on any properties that you find.
