Recently there has been significant demand for property search agents and home finders for first-time buyers - we’re striving to dispel the myth that buying agents are the preserve of the elite and wealthy! We have helped many first-time buyers and shown them that they CAN benefit from invaluable help and advice, saving time, stress, and money.
We’re experts in finding homes for first-time buyers and those on a budget, or even in a tricky situation, and have the knowledge and expertise to guide inexperienced clients through, what is often referred to as, one of the most stressful experiences.

During the Covid-19 crisis, London Homes Search continues to offer a high level of service, with the current guidelines in place. This includes:
1) Identifying properties that fit the client’s budget and criteria. Comparing areas for value and highlighting new transport links. Areas for potential capital growth and areas to avoid due to capital depreciation. 2) Researching and sending a selection of virtual videos. We find out all the important details about the property and speak to agents who are working from home - what offer will the owner accept? Who is the seller, what is their motivation? The Lease, service charges, major works. How long they have been marketing the property and any price reductions. We always target properties that are vacant with no chain for our clients, as these are the safest and least complicated option. 3. Post Lockdown we will advise on the best properties to buy (ideally vacant) - a person selling a property will not want it empty, and with the demise of travel and Airbnb short lets, tourists will not be an option.
