J had a very busy job working long hours and didn’t have the time to arrange viewings and sift through the alerts he had on Zoopla and Rightmove. He wanted to view as many places as possible on a Saturday.
We sourced a selection of properties and we arranged 25 viewings over the following month. He found the flat he loved in Brixton.

Four friends who had been renting together for many years decided they wanted to buy a home together. They wanted a four bedroom house and did not mind doing some updating. They all worked long hours and had been looking for months with no success; They needed help especially as they had been persuaded to buy a property above a shop which turned out to be unmortgageable.
We searched for properties and arranged viewings for all of the buyers. We found them a four bedroom house in Ealing which they bought in 2022.
