Who we are
London Homes Search is an established London property consultancy. Laura set up the business 12 years ago and has helped many clients purchase a home. We have years of experience helping people buy a property in London. We have an excellent local knowledge of the London property market. We use this to help you choose the right property to purchase and avoid expensive or regrettable mistakes.

What does a buying agent do?

A buying agent is someone who acts exclusively on behalf of the home buyer. London Homes Search help buyers to choose the right property, negotiate the lowest price and oversee the entire buying process. We can arrange property viewings, view properties for you or accompany you on viewings. We are not estate agents who work only for the sellers, we work only for the buyer to help them save time, money and avoid stress. We help people buy a 2 bedroom flat, or 3 bedroom apartment or a 5 bedroom house and everything in between, anywhere in London, with any sized budget.
